What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect only what you choose to share: your name, your contact details (email or phone), and any message you write. We deliberately keep our contact form minimal and ask that you do not share detailed personal or health information about yourself or a child through it.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and arrange or provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are delivered to us by email and kept only for as long as needed to help you. Where information is no longer required, it is deleted. Session-related records, where they exist, are kept confidentially and only for as long as is reasonable and lawful.

Who can see it

Your information is seen only by Maryke van Rensburg and, where strictly necessary, trusted people helping to run the practice. It is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Keeping it safe

Information you send through this site is transmitted securely. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
